On the morning of Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the city of Zliten witnessed an on-site presence by the Emergency Medicine and Support Center team – Zliten Office, which was responsible for providing medical coverage and health safety support for a curriculum-based competition.
The event was organized by the School Activities Office under the city’s Education Directorate and targeted ninth-grade and final-year secondary students (science stream).
The competition took place in a highly engaging and competitive atmosphere, with broad participation of around 425 students representing 80 schools, reflecting strong interest in this educational initiative.
At the same time, the center’s teams ensured full medical preparedness at the venue by equipping necessary medical resources and maintaining a high level of readiness to respond to any emergencies, helping guarantee the safety of all participants and the smooth running of the event
