The Emergency Medicine and Support Center hosted a delegation from the North Africa Regional Office of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) during an official field visit to Nabd Al-Maidan Hospital.
The visit aimed to assess the hospital’s operational readiness, medical infrastructure, and emergency response capabilities, while highlighting the Center’s ongoing efforts to strengthen preparedness and enhance rapid response systems in accordance with international healthcare and emergency management standards.
The discussions also focused on expanding opportunities for regional collaboration, institutional partnership, and technical cooperation in the fields of public health and emergency response.
This visit reflects the shared commitment to advancing regional coordination, promoting the exchange of expertise, and supporting integrated efforts to improve emergency preparedness and healthcare response capacities across the region.
