As part of its ongoing commitment to serving citizens and providing emergency medical support across Libya, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continued to operate around the clock through its toll-free hotline (1412) and digital communication platforms.
During the reporting period:
• A total of 2,928 emergency calls were received and managed through the toll-free hotline 1412.
• The Center responded promptly to 134 inquiries and messages received through its official social media channels.
The Emergency Medicine and Support Center remains dedicated to serving the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring rapid response and the delivery of emergency medical assistance whenever and wherever it is needed.
