As part of its ongoing commitment to providing emergency medical services and ensuring rapid response across Libya, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continued delivering 24/7 support through its toll-free hotline (1412) and digital communication channels.
During the reporting period:
- 2,974 emergency calls were received and handled through the toll-free hotline 1412.
- 90 messages submitted via the Center’s official social media platforms were promptly answered and addressed.
The Emergency Medicine and Support Center remains committed to serving the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring immediate response and emergency medical support whenever and wherever it is needed.
