The Emergency Medicine and Support Center continues to deliver its “Second-Line Leadership Development” training program, organized by the Center’s Training Department. The program is designed to strengthen the leadership and managerial capabilities of participating employees, preparing them to take on greater responsibilities and contribute more effectively to institutional development and operational excellence.
The training covers a range of key leadership competencies, including modern leadership practices, strategic planning, decision-making, team management, and effective communication. The initiative forms part of the Center’s ongoing commitment to developing its human capital and building a skilled workforce capable of ensuring organizational continuity while enhancing the quality of healthcare services.
