In preparation for the upcoming opening of Al-Arban Specialized Family Health Hospital, the Training Department organized and supervised two training courses aimed at enhancing staff competencies and ensuring their readiness to work across the hospital’s various departments.
The first course focused on medical laboratory equipment, quality standards, and occupational safety, with the aim of developing the skills of laboratory personnel and strengthening their adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. The second course addressed pharmaceutical inventory management, focusing on the proper organization and monitoring of medicines and medical supplies, as well as ensuring their efficient management and availability in line with operational needs.
These training programs are part of the hospital’s ongoing preparations to equip its staff and strengthen operational readiness ahead of the opening, paving the way for the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
