Following a report from a citizen regarding a traffic accident on the coastal road in Al Khums, heading west, near the area before the Al Khums Port checkpoint, an ambulance operated by the Emergency Medicine and Support Center was dispatched from the Al Khums Port emergency point to the scene.
The emergency medical team immediately began providing the necessary first aid to those injured and assessing and managing the cases at the scene.
In connection with the incident, we would like to alert citizens and road users that fuel has spilled onto part of the roadway at the accident site. This may cause vehicles to lose traction and poses an additional risk to traffic.
Drivers traveling westbound are therefore urged to exercise caution, reduce their speed as they approach the area, and avoid sudden braking to protect their safety and the safety of others.
