Whenever the Emergency Medicine and Support Center manages a field hospital or an emergency medical point during any public event or gathering, its top priority remains responding rapidly to emergencies and saving lives.
However, what many may not know is that the medical team on site includes specialized doctors from various fields, allowing visitors to receive free medical consultations in:
- Ophthalmology
- Dermatology
- General Medicine
- General Surgery
- ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat)
Since the beginning of the Public Prosecutor’s Book Fair, the center has provided 189 medical consultations across these specialties, along with 18 blood donors who participated in the blood donation campaign organized by the center in cooperation with the Central Blood Bank.
The initiative aims to promote the culture of voluntary blood donation and raise awareness about blood types and their vital role in saving lives when needed.
