Emergency Medicine and Support Center Participates in the Third Arab Resuscitation Council Scientific Conference – Dubai 2025

The Emergency Medicine and Support Center took part in the third and final day of the Third Scientific Conference of the Arab Resuscitation Council (ArRC 2025), held in Dubai from October 16–18, 2025, through a scientific presentation titled:
“Mitigating NCDC Challenges in Protracted Humanitarian Crises.”

During the presentation, the center’s representative highlighted the pivotal role played by the Emergency Medicine and Support Center in addressing health challenges during wars and humanitarian crises, despite the difficulties and obstacles faced. This is achieved through a rapid and organized medical response system, consisting of trained medical teams and field hospitals operating under approved emergency medical protocols.

The presentation also emphasized the center’s focus on chronic disease management during crises, recognizing these patients as among the most vulnerable in the absence of regular health systems, and showcased the center’s experience in delivering continuous care in high-risk environments.

This participation represents a significant contribution to Libya’s experience in emergency medicine, reaffirming the center’s leadership in humanitarian response and strengthening Libya’s presence in regional and international scientific forums.
