As part of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center’s commitment to developing staff skills and improving administrative performance, a new training program was launched today with the participation of employees from various departments.
The program included practical and skill-based sessions aimed at improving employees’ daily performance, enhancing their ability to organize data, and increasing efficiency in handling administrative and office-related tasks—supporting faster completion of work and ensuring higher quality across all units and departments.
This initiative comes within the Center’s ongoing strategy to invest in its human resources and provide training opportunities that contribute to elevating work standards and achieving the best possible outcomes.
