About EMSC
Emergency Medicine and Support Center is a humanitarian service institution affiliated with the Libyan Ministry of Health. It aims to provide medical care and support for the injured and those affected by armed conflicts and various emergencies and disasters.
Medical Centers and Clinics
As part of its ongoing efforts to provide emergency and specialized healthcare, the center has established a group of field hospitals and mobile medical clinics, in addition to managing affiliated health centers in several areas of Libya. These units contribute to providing emergency services and specialized care.

Dr. Tareg Alhamshri
General Manager
Dr. Tareg is a legal and healthcare leader with over 18 years of experience in public administration, emergency medical coordination, and legal consultancy. Since 2018, he has served as the General Director of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center in Libya, where he leads the national efforts in emergency medical response and healthcare support, both locally and internationally.
