As part of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center’s ongoing efforts to develop the skills of its workforce and enhance their ability to use modern technologies, the Center’s Training Department has completed a training course on the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL). The course forms part of the Center’s broader training programs aimed at developing employees’ professional capabilities and strengthening their digital skills.
The course covered key areas related to computer use and common office applications, contributing to improved administrative performance, greater efficiency in carrying out daily tasks, and alignment with the evolving demands of digital transformation and the development of the Center’s work environment.
The course is part of the Training Department’s continuous plan to invest in human resources and build staff capabilities, ultimately contributing to higher standards of performance and improved quality of the services provided by the Center.
