The Emergency Medicine and Support Center has concluded its Second-Line Leadership Development Program, delivered by the Center’s Training Department as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening administrative competencies and preparing qualified professionals to assume leadership roles with confidence and responsibility.
The final day of the program featured the completion of both the theoretical and practical training modules, with a focus on leadership skills, strategic planning, decision-making, team management, and effective communication. These sessions were designed to enhance participants’ capabilities and contribute to improved institutional performance.
