EMSC continues to deliver its Second-Line Leadership Development Program, organized by the Center’s Training Department as part of its strategic plan to strengthen administrative competencies and prepare qualified professionals to assume leadership roles with confidence and responsibility.
Throughout the program, participants engage in both theoretical and practical training sessions covering key leadership and management topics, including strategic planning, decision-making, team management, and effective communication. The program is designed to enhance participants’ professional capabilities, improve workplace performance, and support the Center’s commitment to building a highly skilled and future-ready workforce.
