On Thursday, October 23, 2025, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center – Zuwara Office organized a practical workshop on Basic Life Support (BLS).
From 4:00 to 8:00 PM, participants engaged in an intensive hands-on training session that covered adult and pediatric CPR techniques, management of choking and airway obstruction, and the proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), along with essential skills for responding effectively during the critical golden minutes of an emergency.
The workshop brought together members of the Center’s team alongside medical staff from Zuwara General Hospital and the Zuwara Health Services Department, in an interactive environment focused on practical application, confidence building, and readiness for effective emergency response.
