As part of our ongoing commitment to improving service quality and enhancing the work environment, a delegation from the Office of Affairs conducted a field visit to the Zliten Office.
The purpose of this visit was to closely listen to the challenges and obstacles faced by staff members and work on finding suitable solutions to improve the level of services provided to patients and to further develop the office’s overall performance.
