On Thursday, 27 November 2025, the Al-Ghweilat Outpatient Clinics in Zliten hosted a free medical day dedicated to diagnosing rheumatology and joint diseases. The initiative was organized in collaboration between the Emergency Medicine and Support Center – Zliten Office and the Libyan Society for Rheumatology.
A total of 159 patients were examined, including 12 children, benefiting from complimentary medical assessments conducted by a distinguished group of senior consultants from various medical institutions across Libya. The participating team included professors and specialists in adult and pediatric rheumatology.
This medical day reflects the Center’s commitment to supporting early-detection initiatives and improving patient access to high-quality diagnostic and treatment services for rheumatology and joint diseases
