The Minister of Health of the Government of National Unity, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ghouj, inaugurated the Sayad Rural Hospital on Sunday, in the Sayad area, in the presence of the General Manager of Emergency Medicine and Support Center, Dr. Tarek Al-Hamshari. This follows the successful completion of rehabilitation and equipping works carried out by the Center as part of its broader program to upgrade and enhance healthcare facilities.
The development works included officially designating the hospital as a fully functional rural healthcare facility, restructuring its administrative and medical departments, and activating several specialized units and clinics. In addition, a fully integrated neonatal unit was established, equipped with advanced incubators and inpatient care facilities, significantly strengthening the hospital’s capacity to provide specialized care for newborns.
