As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance capabilities and improve readiness, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continues to engage in specialized training programs aimed at strengthening its staff’s expertise in leadership, crisis management, and emergency medicine.
The program offers participants the opportunity to explore modern approaches to leadership and decision-making in crisis situations, while also introducing practical models for organizing emergency services and improving field response efficiency. It also features sessions with distinguished professionals, including James Weber, a specialist in EMS education and development, who brings extensive experience in training, capacity building, and overseeing advanced centers in this field.
