The Tarhuna Office of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center participated in the Breast Cancer Awareness Scientific Day held at the Faculty of Medicine – Al-Zaytouna University.
The event was organized by the Libya for All Foundation for Development, Culture, and Training, in cooperation with the Tarhuna Municipal Council, as part of the National Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign (Season II).
The program featured scientific and educational lectures delivered by a group of doctors and specialists, focusing on the importance of early detection and preventive methods against breast cancer.
It also included awareness activities and practical demonstrations to promote the concept of regular and self-examination.
The event witnessed broad participation from students, faculty members, and civil society organizations.
The Center affirmed that this participation reflects its commitment to supporting national efforts to raise health awareness and strengthen community prevention.
