As part of the operational preparations for the International Center for Advanced Surgery – Tripoli, a training program was conducted for the center’s operating staff on the hospital management system adopted to support and manage the center’s operations.
The training was delivered remotely via Zoom by a specialized Spanish company. It covered the use of the system and the management of the various operational processes it supports, helping strengthen staff readiness, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency ahead of the center’s commencement of operations.
