As part of its ongoing commitment to serving the public and providing emergency medical assistance across Libya, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continued delivering round-the-clock services through its toll-free hotline (1412) and digital communication channels.
During the reporting period:
- 3,265 emergency calls were received and handled through the toll-free hotline 1412.
- 89 messages submitted through the Center’s official social media page were responded to promptly.
The Emergency Medicine and Support Center remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring rapid response and emergency medical support whenever and wherever it is needed.
