As part of its ongoing commitment to serving citizens and strengthening emergency medical response across Libya, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continues to provide round-the-clock services through the toll-free 1412 emergency line and its digital communication channels, ensuring timely response and access to medical support whenever needed.
During the reporting period:
- 3,462 emergency calls were received and handled through the toll-free 1412 line.
- 78 incoming messages received through the Center’s official social media page were responded to promptly.
The Center remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, maintaining continuous readiness to respond promptly to citizens’ needs and provide emergency medical support whenever and wherever it is required
