As part of its ongoing commitment to serving citizens and providing emergency medical support across Libya, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continued its round-the-clock operations through its toll-free hotline (1412) and digital communication channels.
During the reporting period:
• A total of 3,404 emergency calls were received and handled through the toll-free number 1412.
• An additional 97 messages submitted via the Center’s official social media platforms were responded to promptly.
The Center remains dedicated to serving the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and stands ready to provide immediate emergency medical assistance whenever and wherever it is needed.
