The head of the Scientific Council of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center, accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Health, and the Medical Specialties Board, met with the Spanish Consul and representatives of the prestigious Complutense University of Madrid at the Spanish Consulate to discuss prospects for academic cooperation.
The meeting focused on launching advanced professional master’s programs and specialized diplomas in healthcare, disaster management, and emergency medicine through flexible training programs tailored to the center’s urgent needs.
The Libyan delegation also expressed strong admiration for the university’s academic capabilities and affiliated teaching hospitals, paving the way for the signing of a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing human resource competencies and improving medical services in Libya.
