As part of its ongoing commitment to providing emergency medical support and serving communities across Libya, the Emergency Medicine and Support Center continued delivering around-the-clock services through its toll-free emergency hotline 1412 and digital communication platforms.
During the reporting period:
- 3,272 emergency calls were received and handled through the toll-free hotline 1412.
- 69 messages submitted via the Center’s official social media page were responded to promptly.
The Emergency Medicine and Support Center remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring rapid emergency response and medical support whenever and wherever it is needed
