As part of the senior management’s commitment to improving internal coordination and unifying efforts across departments to ensure high performance and swift emergency response, the General Manager of the Emergency Medicine and Support Center held an administrative meeting this morning with the heads of offices and departments.
The meeting focused on streamlining workflows and task distribution to ensure smooth service delivery. It also addressed challenges facing certain departments and discussed practical and effective solutions.
